Decode AAC on Windows 2008

I can't get the audio from a mp4-file. The audio is AAC. It works on my desktop but not on my Windows 2008 r2 server. It has the desktop-experience enabled.
The Visioforge MP4 filters are functioning, I guess. The output is MP4 with AAC when I edit a wmv-file.
What else do I need to read AAC?

Hi
FFDShow can decode AAC format. Out SDK contains encoder only, not decoder.
