Movie in PIP mode in VideoEdit

Allow to add movie in PIP mode like other effects.

For example:
Video_Effects_Video_PIP(int id, string filename, int fileBeginTime,
int fileEndTime, int timelineInsertTime, int, int x, int y,
int width, int height, double rate, string startTransition,
string stopTransition, int startTransitionTime,
int stopTransitionTime)
