WMV format do not have splitter filter in DirectShow, because Microsoft prefer other way and WMV is proprietary format.
Please download and register using regsvr32 alternative free open-source filter from GDCL.- http://www.gdcl.co.uk/WMFDemux.zip
Or use AVI, MPEG or any other file format.
