No way. I can see the file using W7 but no under XP, I like to buy the component for delphi but must works the the screenshot. It is no important to me to record a video, just screenshots.
I am using the component under delphi too but I cant save a file with videocapture1.frame_save(). In the same procedure I made a image1.picture.savetofile() and works OK (saving anything).
I made several changes in the folder field (c:, c:\, c:\folder, c:\folder\) and not works.
Thank you

I noticed the original post is May 2013. Now, it is February 2015. I also cannot save screenshot using Windows 7x32 SP1 and x64 SP1. Both use MSVS 2013 C# and the full SDK .NET 8.6.35. I tried the SCREENSHOT and MAIN demo, same issue. The video capture works fine but no cigar for screenshot and they both video & screenshot save to the same directory. So, it's not a problem with write-access. There's no error or nothing. When click on SAVE screenshot and check in the saved director, it's just nothing there.

You can see the whole process here:

Using correct existing output folder name (instead file name like in your video) all must work correctly.
