Video is flickering in Quicktime

Hi,
When I'm playing a H264 video made with videoedit.SDK the video always flickers in Quicktime. It shows some frames to early.
I use VFVideoEditOutputFormat.MP4_H264 and it occurs with all profiles I tested. Any ideas?
