When Click Play and quickly Click Pause, will let the media player can't play the sound!

I was trying to play my media : test.avi.
and I'm click play button in my project.MediaPlay1.Play();
and not waiting the player play, I'm Click pause button:MediaPlay1.Pause();
the problem is Media playe not paused, it's playing, but the audio is gone.and I try pause again, but not working ,looks like sdk thought it's already paused, please fix quickly.
I'm also changed the media file:test.mpg. same result.
WIN7 64, Net4.0 x86,new version.

only change audio stream not have this problem. but change audio stream will be UI frozen 1 or 2 second (you already said that is because the DirectShow Api)
