Playback of video capture from RTSP is faster than actual. I am using the video capture from http://212.162.177.75/mjpg/video.mjpg The capturing process works but when I play the video, it runs as if it is in fast forward or higher speed than normal.
Is there is a setting that would correct this? Thanks.

I downloaded 7.14.6.0 and set Forced Frame Rate = 1 and that made the video playback matched the rate in the capture. Thanks.
