What are the best settings for screen capture

I am using the screen capture demo. I am trying to work out what are the best settings to use for screen capture. Some of the codec's don't seem to work at all.
MS video 1 from ehat I can tell is the best. I have seen other video recording suits out there and the video screen capture seem to be really crisp. But when I use the demo it appears to be a little blurry.
