Hi
To stream from file you must use Video Edit SDK. Video Capture SDK can stream from live sources like webcams or ip cameras.

You can see network streaming tab in left tabs group, To stream from a video file you can use Preview mode.
We can add OSD and subtitles support if required.

There is no streaming tab on left tabs or maybe exist but with different name. I was make a print screen but on this chat board I can't attach file.

I saw that on Media Player SDK should I use MediaPlayer1.Source_Mode := SM_File_VLC and then subtitle is added but on Video Edit SDK I can find how to add subtitle.
