Is Video Edit SDK FFMPEG support Intel quick sync Accelerate?

I feel it convert MPEG-2 to h264 no any different use i7 3770 cpu or old Dual-core 2.0ghz cpu. all slow speed, and convert speed not a lot different.....

when use new CPU , like i7, Video Edit SDK FFMPEG convert speed more slow than video edit sdk. looks like intel media sdk already use the hardware accelerate or something... but Video Edit SDK FFMPEG not. I hope you can add it , that will be very helpful. thanks

I find the problem source, because if I converting can't let the application loses focus.........still not understand why, but if I keep the dialog model(convert window) keep focus, the convert speed is very fast in i7. but If loses fucus, cpu always 100%, and very slow.......

We just use FFMPEG.... And working on update to the latest version.
