Network streaming (RTSP) while using separate capture

I have enabled RTSP network streaming and also Separate capture at the same time and get the following errors in main demo:
Unable to connect H264 video encoder.
Unable to connect H264 CUDA output: video.
Unable to connect mux filter to video encoder.
Unable to connect GMF bridge to video output pin.
Unable to get video output pin from GMF bridge.
Unable to connect AVI output, video.
Unable to connect AVI Mux to video encode
In my program I would like to be able to view the camera live at any time with RTSP but at the same time have it record whenever there is motion using separate capture.
Not sure if this one is possible?
