Include 64 bit FFMPEG Libraries

Bought a licence to use the FFMPEG encoding when capturing video only to find that the FFMPEG wrapper is only compatible with x86. Please include a 64 bit FFMPEG wrapper.

Currently FFMPEG.exe output available, including x64 version.
Only FLV format uses FFMPEG DLL's now, all other formats available using exe wrapper.
