Media Player SDK unable to play Encrypted Video

We develop desktop app with delphi XE8 and media player SDK to encrypt and play encrypted video in windows 8.1.
We've purchased Visioforge media player SDK (order reference number : 41507908).
We have problem that visioforge media player SDK cannot play encrypted video,
it went blank while other player such Windows media player have no problem at all.
We've also tested it with Visioforge media player demo the result is the same (blank).
The video is in WAV format and encrypted by Visioforge Video Edit SDK.
Please help is there something we've missing?

OK.
To test I've used latest Media Player SDK and Video Edit SDK.
WMV file was encoded to encrypted file in Video Edit SDK Main Demo with default settings.
Encrypted file was opened in Media Player SDK Main Demo with default settings, source mode set to Encrypted file.
