VCD media file (320 * 240) appears, but is not particularly obvious,
DVD media files (720 * 480) appeared, and very obvious. Picture is always a few seconds slower than the audio. I use: OnVideoFrameBuffer + WritableBitmap

I just test in Main Demo, Main Demo has this problem to(main demo not use writableBitmap)
I'm not sure now this problem because of video edit or media player. wait me , I'll test output a mp4 for test the problem source. now it's ecrption file , I can't see it inside.

I just test output a mp4 file .and play with KMPlayer and Main Demo, these all fine.
So , Maybe you need check encryption api(Video Edit or Media Player).

I encrypted again. now the video is little slow than the audio(dvd).Acceptable range.
