Fingerprinting Use Case?

I'm a commercial filmmaker and have a client that we have created lots of UI graphics and B-Roll montages for. We have also created sound design for those shots & Scenes. They often times will re-use those assets on different videos. I'm looking for a way to identify (ie 20 shared shots) from video A and detect them in Video B. Is this something VisioForge can accomplish. Some shots are as short at .5 seconds but can be a recycled montage of 20 seconds.
