TVFVideoCapture - Grabbing an image from a zoomed stream

I'm trying to take a picture of a stream using the TVFVideoCapture component. This works quite well with "Frame_Save" so far.
But if I zoom the stream using "Screen_Zoom_Ratio", I get a picture with "Frame_Save", which does not correspond to the zoom factor from Screen_Zoom_Ratio.
How can I take a picture of the zoomed stream?

Zoom is for screen only, not for video stream. You can get video frame and zoom it manually.
