When I use MP4 v10 (H264/AAC, CPU or Intel QSV GPU) to encode a video and an audio source, there is no way to set the output video frame rate. I ve tried different setting but still cannot change the output video frame rate. The input video frame rate is 60 fps but the output frame rate is 39.XX or 40.XX fps. Can anyone share your findings?

If video source provide correct time stamp output frame should be correct. Due H264 compression output frame rate also can become variable, so, frame rate depends from scene.
